Founder & Owner
Shama Parveen is a thoughtful leader who excels in “Possibility Thinking”. Her mantra is “Explore possibilities to unlock opportunities.”
With a professional career traversing 16 years, across prestigious organizations like Tata Teleservices, Reliance Communications, Spectranet, Bharti Airtel and HCL Technologies, She has straddled leadership roles in Sales & Business Development, Team management, Corporate Sales domains. She is a strong believer that start-ups will be the core drivers of Technology innovation, and job creation in the Digital era.
She leads the charge at OL Tech Solutions, managing the Deployment & Service roll outs for Telco & IT clients. She wears the fiscal management hat in the company and is also focused on strong execution of IT Infrastructure & turnkey projects. She has the expertise and practical experience in managing Enterprise accounts and is responsible for service delivery. Tactful & articulate in driving the company vision and overcoming complex business challenges, she enjoys taking high-stake game-changing decisions. Adept & proficient in identifying business opportunities, she is credited for identifying emerging trends & addressing industry requirements thereby achieving organizational objectives with profitability.
Neeraj Tyagi
Neeraj Tyagi is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded, built, and scaled several successful startups. He comes with over 10 years of working with startups as a mentor, co-founder, or founder. With extensive experience in business development and sales, he has outstanding negotiation skills in closing deals.
His first venture, Quick Call, got acquired by Navigant Technologies in 2017, since then he has been working in IT, media & advertising space. He is passionate about supporting other startups who are looking to disrupt traditional business models.
